Online Reservation

Thank you for entrusting Once Upon A Sundae with your child's special occasion!  Making your online reservation is a two-step process.  

STEP 1:  Design Your Party Package
Place your order using our secure order fullfillment process.  If you have not already selected your package, simply click here to choose from one of our party packages or custom design your own package from a variety of options.

STEP 2:  Make Your Reservation
Once you have selected your party package, simply complete the following form and we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm date availability, take credit card information for the deposit and go over any questions you may have. If you are undecided about the theme at this time, no problem! The most important thing to do is secure your date and party time before it books up. The rest of the party details can be worked out prior to the party. Please note: Your party is not considered "booked" until we contact you, receive and process your non-refundable deposit of $100.
