Celebrating a winter birthday in COVID is difficult but Once Upon a Sundae made it possible. We all felt safe with provided hand sanitizer and mask, cleaning of the play room, and a limit on guest. The staff were so attentive, kind, and everything was coordinated so well. The kids really enjoyed the activities (music, painting, free play, Elsa character and making sundaes). What save the day was we broke our Cake stand and the staff had A Cake stand we could use. Everything just came together so beautifully thanks to Once Upon a Sundae.

Love this place and the owner and staff! So attentive, the play space is filled with great toys for the kids and my kids LOVE the ice cream! They always have super cute party themes (I especially love the Christmas photo opps with Santa or the Easter events!!) They also always have such cute princess character appearances which my daughter loves. We LOVE this place and always pop in when visiting family because my kids always ask to go back!

The experience here was absolutely fantastic! Carol customized a hybrid play date/Mini birthday party for my three-year-old grandniece for me when I was unable to attend her regular birthday party. The girls loved it, the space is adorable, the customer service was above and beyond and the ice cream was delicious. Thanks so much, we'll definitely be back!

Our daughter had her 5th Birthday party here and visited two years later and remembered the entire event as if was yesterday. She was so happy today to meet dad for ice cream. ThankYou so much Once Upon A Sundae!
