We had my daughter’s birthday party at Once Upon a Sundae in Rockville Centre and it was absolutely wonderful. Everything was pristine, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully curated when we arrived.
Raffaela and her staff ran the party so smoothly and were amazing with the kids. We had a wide range of ages and there was something for everyone between the play area, painting craft, and ice cream sundaes. They even played the perfect K-pop Demon Hunter playlist without me asking.
The staff went above and beyond, even offering complimentary coffee when the space was slightly that day due to circumstances out of their control. So many of our guests commented on how great the party and staff were. Highly recommend!

We had my daughter’s 5th birthday today at Once Upon a Sundae, and we had the best time ever!! The owner and staff were so amazingly accommodating and made everything perfect for my daughter and her friends! The place was adorable they loved making the craft and creating their delicious ice cream sundaes! They even tailored the craft to fit the theme of the party (KPop Demon Hunters). I highly recommend booking Once Upon a Sundae for your child’s next bday party!

We had my daughter’s 3rd birthday party at once upon a sundae today and it was amazing!. It was so easily to book, all details were confirmed on Monday and I really had nothing to worry about but show up. The place is so clean, play room is so fun and kids didn’t want to leave the area. We added craft as an option to our package and it was a big bonus, kiddos loved the toys they made. The party was a big hit, my other daughter is already asking to have her birthday party at the same place!

We just had our daughters 2nd birthday here and it is a great place for any kids parties. The play area is a great place, and it’s our daughter’s favorite part of her birthday. Raffaela is so great from the start of booking this party to all the details in between she is definitely a 5 star! She not only includes pizza for the kids but there’s also an option to have pizza and soda for the adults as well! Which definitely made it easier on us for sure. We definitely recommend having your kids parties here, and we may be back for future parties as well! Thank you again Raffaela !
