I had my daughter’s 1st birthday party and we had a blast ! The entire setup was cute stylish and just what we imagined for our unicorn theme. The area is already so pretty that it took a lot of pressure off to find a decor person so we were able spend money to add more children to her birthday list and extend our party time. Staff was polite and helpful. I would highly recommend

My daughter's absolute favorite place! She has been here for a bunch of birthday parties, and it has never disappointed! From the intimate setting (you are the only party going on at one time) to the personalized touch to detail that Raffaela gives to each party - this place is truly a gem. Let me not forget to mention the ice cream is delicious!! Five stars ... I'd give six if it were an option.

We had a stepping up to Kindergarten party at Once Upon a Sundae and everything was great! The kids had a blast in the play area and of course loved the ice cream time toward the end. The owner and her assistants were really helpful as well. Thank you!!

I had my daughters 5th birthday party at Once Upon A Sundae. Rafaela, the owner was such a pleasure to work with during the planning process, and she is very fair around pricing for the party. There was no nickel and diming at all. What I loved the most was I didn't' need to do or bring anything! There was playtime for the kids, pizza for the kids and adults, a craft and make your own Ice Cream Sundaes for each of the party attendees. I didn't even need to bring a cake! She put a candle in the Ice Cream Sundae! (Although you can bring a cake if you want.) We also decided to make it a drop off optional party, which was great for the parents. Overall this was the best party we had for our daughter.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! My daughter just had her 5th Birthday party here, and it was a wonderful experience. The team is organized, communicative and handled the cadence of activities during the party seamlessly. The playroom had a great variety of toys, the craft was so cute and ice cream was delicious. The Kids had such a blast and the parents all commented how great the party was. I would definitely book another party here again! Thanks Rafaela, and team!

I’m late in providing this review - we had my son’s 4th birthday here in February and Raffaela made it so special. And easy! The easiest party I’ve thrown my son yet. The place is immaculate, the playroom is adorable, and the kids love the yummy ice cream and toppings.

We enjoyed a celebration here. There was a fun chalkboard wall, a market place for kids, ice cream shop and slide. Good for young children. We had a blast and the ice cream was allergy friendly.

I hosted my daughter's 6th birthday at Once Upon a Sundae recently and the service was great! Our party consisted of kids from ages 1-10 years old and they all enjoyed the playroom, the piggy bank craft, and (of course) the ice cream! This was a very easy party to host because the ice cream parlor is fully decorated and they offer most supplies for the party. I just had to fill goodies bags, bring a cake and show up. Our party consisted of 2 hours and it flowed very well. The hosts at Once Upon a Sundae kept the kids engaged and offered kid-friendly service by assisting with smocks when it was time to paint, helped with the ice cream toppings, and offered amazing service. The adults also felt comfortable and enjoyed food and ice cream at the end of the party. We had such a good time!

Celebrated my son’s birthday over the weekend here. He turned two. The hostess and staff were so accommodating and helpful with decorations and keeping the party going. Loved how they corralled my family and friends for photos. What I appreciated the most was their patience. My son is obsessed with throwing. He threw toys everywhere even with our efforts to curb him. The birthday boy had so much fun with his cousins eating (really good ice cream) and doing crafts. And everyone loved the pizza that was ordered. I highly recommend this place if you want a small gathering of close family and friends to celebrate a toddler’s birthday.

I had my Son’s 2nd birthday celebration there this past weekend and it was such fun. The kids loved it. The place is so warm and welcoming and the ice cream and craft making was a delight. We didn’t feel rushed and the team helped us through it all. I cannot wait to also sign up for an activity at Once Upon A Sundae with my son. This place is incredible. We had our daughters 4th birthday party here. The owner and staff member did such a good job at keeping the kids attention and keeping them on track for all the activities. My daughter still cannot stop talking about it; the kids had so much fun. The place is so clean, they loved the ice cream and it was so easy to bring in minimal stuff because it's already so decorated it in there. I would recommend a party here to anyone.

I happened to come across little hidden gem in the neighborhood right before it was time for my daughters 6th birthday !!! We recently moved to the neighborhood and i was so happy this place was a 10 min drive from us ! Who wouldnt love that ! Even though there were so many other perks to having her birthday party here !! From my initial conversation with the owner ; she was the sweetest and kindest ; she was beyond helpful with everything for the party a-z. Even though i am sort of a control freak immediately i felt at ease booking my daughters birthday here and new i wouldnt have any issues with anything ! The owner has 2 kids of her own and im sure she knows how special birthdays are so i got great vibes from her initially when i booked the venue and the date ! It was great of her to be so open and transparent with me and helping me and alleviating me of any issues or questions i had in regards my party needs and specifications !! Her staff is the sweetest and the day of the party they were so helpful and didnt want me doing anything ( although im a little bit of a control freak 🙂 but honestly the girls were great with all the kids and they ranged from 2-10 years of age ! They even let me bring in the stuff i wanted to bring the eve before the party and that was so comfortable not having to shlep everything i wanted to bring the day of ! My little girl had the best 6th bday ! And im so happy i have a 2 year old ... we will definitely be back for another birthday celebration here!! Thanks to Raffaela and her staff once again ..... p.s . I have never written a review ;dont bother with them but this place was truly deserving of one <3
