Place was amazing, the workers were so nice and great with the kids. I especially loved how they broke everything up between crafting and playing in the play room. It gave kids who weren’t great at sitting for long periods of time a chance to have fun. Would definitely recommend for kids parties.

Had my daughter’s 4th birthday party yesterday - what a perfect experience! Everything was taken care of for you effortlessly - the decorations, the food, setup, cleanup, and of course the delicious ice cream. The details are what makes this venue standout: the organization, coffee bar for the adults, and even a #4 birthday candle for my daughter. Her and her whole class (17 kids total) had an incredible time, and there was plenty of space for the parents to sit and mingle. HIGHLY recommend! My family and I are so so happy with the party.

We had our son’s 2nd birthday party here and it was absolutely perfect! We had children ages 1-8 and all of them had a blast. The playroom and craft were suitable for all the kids despite the big age gap. Making sundaes at the end was such a hit and everyone loved it. It was a very laid back, comfortable vibe which is what we are always looking for. Would highly recommend!!!!

Raffaela has created a truly magical experience here!I had been searching areas near me (LB) to have my son's 5th birthday & very happy to have stumbled across her business.She communicates quickly and efficiently and is very transparent of the booking process. We had 17 kids (a few dropped off but there were about 15 adults inside throughout the whole party, with staff included) plenty of space but she did mention a max capacity so something to think about. We had more kids able to come than we anticipated haha but a blast was had by all; free time in the playroom, pizza, craft and ice cream sundaes were enjoyed for a 90 minute party. As an educator and someone who previously led many gymnastics parties, I appreciated her leading this party & keeping the littles involved with the next activity coming up while keeping it fun :)*while pizza and juice was included for the kids, we did order additional pies for the adults at an additional charge/pie. She offered us bringing our own food which we did some chips and such*My son was very happy which of course makes us happy so thank you Once Upon a Sundae!!

We recently hosted our sons 4th birthday party here. The owner Raffaela was so considerate and made everything a smooth and easy process. Her and her staff were very attentive & made sure each kid had a great experience . All the kids, ranging from 18 months to 8 years old, that came to the party had an amazing time. If your kid loves ice cream as much as ours this is the perfect place to host their birthday.

I want to thank you for being patient and understanding and everything came out so perfect that everyone had lots and lots of compliment that they would like to use your space for occasion at their own time when they ready . This place is bomb, highly recommend it . Thank you for being a budget friendly . Most importantly that Lexa enjoyed treasure box , cute unique creative idea for keeping kids busy along with creating their own ice cream . Easy parking around, budget friendly, you ask and owner will get everything you need to make party fun, happy, and put a smile on family face and have kids enjoy it most ! Thank you again !!

I had my daughter’s 1st birthday party and we had a blast ! The entire setup was cute stylish and just what we imagined for our unicorn theme. The area is already so pretty that it took a lot of pressure off to find a decor person so we were able spend money to add more children to her birthday list and extend our party time. Staff was polite and helpful. I would highly recommend

My daughter's absolute favorite place! She has been here for a bunch of birthday parties, and it has never disappointed! From the intimate setting (you are the only party going on at one time) to the personalized touch to detail that Raffaela gives to each party - this place is truly a gem. Let me not forget to mention the ice cream is delicious!! Five stars ... I'd give six if it were an option.

We had a stepping up to Kindergarten party at Once Upon a Sundae and everything was great! The kids had a blast in the play area and of course loved the ice cream time toward the end. The owner and her assistants were really helpful as well. Thank you!!

I had my daughters 5th birthday party at Once Upon A Sundae. Rafaela, the owner was such a pleasure to work with during the planning process, and she is very fair around pricing for the party. There was no nickel and diming at all. What I loved the most was I didn't' need to do or bring anything! There was playtime for the kids, pizza for the kids and adults, a craft and make your own Ice Cream Sundaes for each of the party attendees. I didn't even need to bring a cake! She put a candle in the Ice Cream Sundae! (Although you can bring a cake if you want.) We also decided to make it a drop off optional party, which was great for the parents. Overall this was the best party we had for our daughter.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! My daughter just had her 5th Birthday party here, and it was a wonderful experience. The team is organized, communicative and handled the cadence of activities during the party seamlessly. The playroom had a great variety of toys, the craft was so cute and ice cream was delicious. The Kids had such a blast and the parents all commented how great the party was. I would definitely book another party here again! Thanks Rafaela, and team!

We enjoyed a celebration here. There was a fun chalkboard wall, a market place for kids, ice cream shop and slide. Good for young children. We had a blast and the ice cream was allergy friendly.

I hosted my daughter's 6th birthday at Once Upon a Sundae recently and the service was great! Our party consisted of kids from ages 1-10 years old and they all enjoyed the playroom, the piggy bank craft, and (of course) the ice cream! This was a very easy party to host because the ice cream parlor is fully decorated and they offer most supplies for the party. I just had to fill goodies bags, bring a cake and show up. Our party consisted of 2 hours and it flowed very well. The hosts at Once Upon a Sundae kept the kids engaged and offered kid-friendly service by assisting with smocks when it was time to paint, helped with the ice cream toppings, and offered amazing service. The adults also felt comfortable and enjoyed food and ice cream at the end of the party. We had such a good time!
